Years in the making

Should it take years to accomplish the same goals? Whether it should or not, it does for me! So, here I am, back again. Needing courage and encouragement. Needing accountability and organization.

New or renewed goals!:
Get healthy! I was going to the gym every morning at 5:00am with a friend. One day, I got sooo dizzy at work. I decided to figure out if I was just exhausted, so I didn't go to the gym for the last week and...viola! Feeling better. I think I also had a cold, but it feels different out here because it is so dry. Anywho, I am needing to figure out a new gym schedule that benefits weightloss and promotes a healthy lifestyle! I think I need vitamins...

My goal for the gym- 3 days/wk preferrably at night! and take vitamins and drink lots of water!!
My goal for home-come up with a daily schedule for myself and the kids.
