I have not been able to get to the gym due to schedules, so today I went out and bought some 5lb weights for me, and some 2 lb weights for the kids because inevitably they want to be doing what I'm doing. Today or tomorrow will be the first attempt at exercising from home. I will definately give an update of how that turns out!
And as for our schedule, I actually did sit down and type up a schedule for us. Implementing it is another story.
So, my goals for this week are to:
1) attempt working out at home everyday
2) implement our schedule
